Refund Policy
- Unused paid credit from top-ups made in the last 14 days is refundable to the original card. Request it from the Billing page; tax is refunded in proportion.
- Used credit is not refundable: it paid for model usage we have already paid our suppliers for.
- Bonus, referral and promotional credit has no cash value and is never refunded.
- Plans can be cancelled any time; they stop renewing and units stay available until the end of the paid 30 days. Partly used plan periods aren't refunded.
- Disputed payments: if you dispute a charge with your bank, the account is frozen and the disputed amount is removed from your balance until the dispute is resolved.
