Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, name (optional), sign-in provider identifiers.
• Billing data: payment records, billing country and tax IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
• Request metadata: time, model, token counts, cost, latency, status and the key used — kept 90 days. Never prompt or response bodies from the gateway.
• Chat content: conversations and files you add in the chat app, stored encrypted at rest until you delete them.
• Technical data: IP address and user agent for security and fraud prevention.

Why

To provide the Service, bill you, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, and send service emails (sign-in links, receipts, job results, spend alerts, price-change notices). We don't sell personal data or use your content to train models.

Who processes it

Amazon Web Services (hosting, US), Microsoft Azure and Anthropic (model inference), Stripe (payments and tax), and our email provider. Each acts under its own data-processing terms. Details on data retention.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Delete your account from Settings, or email support@aethene.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object, restrict processing or complain to a regulator.
