Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Aethene to:

• Create or distribute malware, or attack, probe or disrupt systems you don't own or have permission to test.
• Send spam or run bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Generate content that any of our model suppliers prohibits, including sexual content involving minors, content that facilitates serious harm, or illegal content.
• Share, resell or publish your API keys, or give access to people outside your organisation.
• Evade rate limits, spend caps, sanctions or other controls, or open multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Use the Service from, or on behalf of anyone in, a country or region our suppliers or applicable sanctions don't allow.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, freeze or suspend keys and accounts that breach this policy, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches mean permanent suspension.
